About me
Kelsey Bagnall is Learning Supports Specialist for Rocky View Schools . She also volunteers with the Council for Inclusive Education, where she currently holds the Communication Officer position. Kelsey has taught in schools from Kindergarten to Grade 12 over the last 17 years and obtained a Masters of Education in Special Education at the University of Alberta. Her passions include Inclusive Learning, UDL, Assistive Technology, Social Emotional Learning and Positive Behavior Supports.
